If anything biggest interest in lack of effect is that it says what effect the germanics had. Probably less than people think, if the romans are anything to go by. But you still have ancient J in England so you can't claim there was no effect at all for Romans.
Out Of Africa Theory is a lie.

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Yes this is completely made-up but there are people who are descendants of Roman colonists on the other hand.

    I don't deny there are a few. But it's a small amount.

They mixed for sure, Trajan was half Iberian for example. But as they were not so many their influence was not important. Also, many Roman legions and auxiliar troops present here were made up of Romanized Iberians.

They're equating modern nation states with ancient empires.

Being Roman referred to the Roman citizenship.

And what do you think it was due to?

The Battle of San Pasqual was a military encounter that occurred during the Mexican-American War in what is now the San Pasqual Valley community of the city of San Diego, California. On December 6 and December 7, 1846, the Californios, and their Presidial Lancers, led by General Don Andres Pico, (1810-1876), defeated Stephen W. Kearny´s US Army column of 150 men.

Romans have become the new dominant elite and imposed their Language to the mass.

You dont answer the question...If they were the dominant power why they didnt mix with the dominated peoples?, Why their impact was just culturally and politically but not of blood?.

I wouldn't expect the dominat classes, the aristocracy to mix but what about the roman soldiers?.

Because they were few. There were some settlements (like Italica), but not so much to altered the genetic of Iberia.
