I love this song. Brilliant musically. Brilliant lyrics, captures that disillusionment and loss of innocence we experience when we find out that Santa Claus is not real, and on a larger scale, that the world can be a scary place where bad things happen, even on Christmas.
Also it's a great music video, where the visuals work to enhance the emotions. Even after having watched it many times over the years, I can still get chills at the end.
