    Yep I've heard it doesn't really taste good from a guy who has been hunting bear and that nobody in their hunting party disagreed with him on this manner. I don't know, maybe it's just that it tastes so different or that they have only shot older specimen which has less tender and worse tasting meat. But I've heard rumours about so-called bear meatballs, made on a 70/30 % bear/pork grinded meat mix and that they can be made to taste pretty well this way.


    But nevertheless regardless of what people say, I'd really like to try!

    Yes I remember my grandfather telling me when I was young that he did not care for it much. He thought it was to greasy and salty. A few of my friends who have tried it though like it quite a bit. All depends on the person and your taste buds I suppose.
