I think the fact that the more educated a society the less religious it is says a great deal about religion in general.


Look at any place in the world that is highly religious and lacks education and you will find rape, murder, poverty and corruption. Syria is a perfect example. All of the Middle East is a perfect example. Most all South America is a perfect example.

Nicely put. Although I think every man should develop some sort of spirituality inside as well - that enriches people and allows them to be more empathic to the others... education and knowledge on their own is not enough to be decent human being...
