Not quite. The Thracians were the Thracians (who after the 3rd c. BC mixed with the newly arrived Celts, creating a Thraco-Celtic culture in most areas).
Dacia and Dacia were geographical terms, and thus all the peoples (Thracians, Celts, Scythians) who lived in Dacia were 'Dacians. However, there is no evidence for a seperate 'Dacian' race.

I believe Romanian originated in modern Romania/Bulgaria/Serbia while Albanian originated in the central Balkans . But there were also movements into Albania-Montenegro and the opposite. And some Romanians and Aromanians might of come over to Albanians and some Albanians went over there.

The Dardani were partly Illyrian and partly Daco-Thracian. That's where most likely the Daco-Thracian in Albanian comes from.

Nonsensical thread based on a nonsensical article.
Celts were gone from Dacia by 1 AD. However, celtic objects are still found from that period, because parts of the culture were absorbed by the locals. Some Celtic tribes were still migrating in vicinity.
