Default Carribean Black DNA from Europeans, Asians (Chinese) , Amerindians, South Asian, Middle eastern

    Jamaican Y-DNA

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22576450
" Our results reveal that both studied populations exhibit a predominantly South-Saharan paternal component, with haplogroups A1b-V152, A3-M32, B2-M182, E1a-M33, E1b1a-M2, E2b-M98, and R1b2-V88 comprising 77.2% and 66.7% of the Haitian and Jamaican paternal gene pools, respectively. Yet, European derived chromosomes (i.e., haplogroups G2a*-P15, I-M258, R1b1b-M269, and T-M184) were detected at commensurate levels in Haiti (20.3%) and Jamaica (18.9%), whereas Y-haplogroups indicative of Chinese [O-M175 (3.8%)] and Indian [H-M69 (0.6%) and L-M20 (0.6%)] ancestry were restricted to Jamaica. "

    African paternal DNA 66.7%
    European paternal DNA 18.9%
    Chinese paternal DNA 3.8%
    Indian paternal DNA 1.2%

    Jamaican mtDNA

    " the non-Sub-Saharan paragroup accounted for 2.5% of the typed Jamaicans"The study found 10 individuals with non-Black mtDNA, of 400 total individuals in the study-population.Amerindian lines [1% of sample mtDNA]A2: 1 personB2: 1 personD4: 2 people'Eurasian' lines [1% of sample mtDNA]H: 1 personJ: 2 peopleU2: "

    97.5% African maternal DNA
    1% Amerindian maternal DNA
    0.75% Indian maternal DNA
    0.25% European maternal DNA

This study includes both White cubans and Afro-cubans. Those Spanish who intermarried with Ameridians, their hybrid children (men and women) also intermarried with the white and African population.

    Cuban Y-DNA
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...tool=pmcentrez

" With respect to the Y-chromosome haplogroups, 78.8% of the chromosomes analyzed can be traced back to the West Eurasian gene pool, whereas the African fraction accounts for 19.7% of Cuban lineages (Table (Table2);2); two individuals (1.5%) carried Y-chromosomes of East Asian origin."

    European Y-DNA paternal 78.8%
    African Y-DNA paternal 19.7%
    East Asian Y-DNA paternal 1.5%

    Cuban mtDNA

" 45% of the mtDNA sequences found in Cubans are of African origin, 33% of Native American origin and 22% of the lineages are of West Eurasian origin (namely, Europe and the Middle East. ")

    African mtDNA maternal 45%
    Ameridians mtDNA maternal 33%
    Europeans mtDNA maternal 22%

Wow, I didn't know Cuba had 33% Amerindian Mtdna, Puerto Rico has 61% Amerindian Mtdna an Dominican Republic has 15% Amerindian Mtdna, so I guess Puerto Rico is the most Amerindian Caribbean Hispanic island followed by Cuba and Dominican Republic.
