Honestly, according to the given details , its indeed ~ 10% .

But then again, who told you Albania is a Nordic country ? Actually it is a South Balkan Country, so It could probably be true, since these numbers take into consideration only Blue eyes, and not light or light mixed eyes .

You may laugh as much as you like, when you do your own research on populations and create your own raw data about eyes, hair color, penis length, vagina depth, etc.

Maybe the given table is not 100% accurate, but in the case of Sweden or the other countries it looks legit, Dude.
