    Al-Aqsa, the third holiest place for Muslims:



    Dome of the Rock(Qubbat As-Sakhrah), which is one of the earliest examples of Islamic architecture. Only its dome got collapsed once, the rest stood well for most part. Despite it is an early building for Islamic era, it was Ottomans who added the unique appearance there with blue ceramics and calligraphic motives.



    Fountain of Süleyman, which was built by Süleyman the Magnificient. It was built to a cross road, where roads of holy Muslim, Jewish and Christian places intersect.

    Ottoman Jerusalem (which is between 1517-1917) was no doubt the most peaceful period in the entire history of the city by far.
