Oh ok, sorry, I thought you were being sarcastic at first. When you receive your 23andme results, download your raw data and save it onto your computer as a zip file. Then you download your raw data on to the GEDmatch website. They will give you a kit number that starts with the letter M, which you can plug into all their calculators. The GEDmatch website has Eurogenes, Dodecad, MDLP, and Harappa. Basically, everything about 23andme is awesome, except for their Ancestry Composition. The percentages of your ancestry that they give you at GEDmatch are much more accurate. I highly recommend that you try it.

Ok, so Eurogenes chief Polako gave me the go ahead to release the IBD dataset i had posted some maps from in this thread.
It took some time to find the appropriate links so as to make it easy for most people, this has not been officially released by eurogenes last i checked, but it was a big chatter topic on AFB when it was released in late 2012.
IBD (see here for info) is shared segments, so basically the larger the segment the better the chances are that its real and that its something worth noting, the strength of the segment can also been seen in the numbers listed after the letter E.
Here is the data in spreadsheet format (Open office ect), matches for every Eurogenes member at 1 cM, 2 cM, 3 cM, 4 cM, and 5 cM thresholds:
bigfile.
Instructions by Quasimodem (His TA nickname);
For each individual, there are five "Matches" files (one for each cM threshold) with the individual/population matches, and five "matchLengths" files with the length in cM. I'd recommend opening the "Matches" file in Excel* and pasting the corresponing "matchLengths" on the right hand side for easy browsing.
Here are the rough uncut data:
Chromosome 1-5.
Chromosome 6-11.
Chromosome 12-22.
Here are my maps again (For Norwegians with matches in Southern Europe, East/North and south Asia. Turkish matches in Europe and East, North and south Asia) lowest threshold 4cM:
Enjoy those of you who missed this runwill make a link to this post in the other thread too..

Awesome Evon, thanks for posting. I never got around to sorting through all my matches, but thankfully someone on ABF made a map summary of the matches, for a number of different people.

Just download the bigfile, its big so be patient, but its easy, you just find yourself and voila! The matches that matter are easily available, i would disregard those below 4cM as being too old, even 4cM is quite old though.. Will be going to bed soon, but will make some maps tomorrow maybe, i want to map out possible Roma connections (Using India as a proxy) and so on if i find the time, as its my little side project these days, need to map my distant kin![]()

Match you in a couple of places at 3CM Evon
I'm guessing by the fact that some profiles (including mine) are sorted by 1,2,3,4,5 cM that this is the file that Day Tripper used to make those maps. Awesome.
