Hungarians, Looking at it i think i should not have included Chuvash, as i saw that they had allot of matches with peoples of that area in general (Mordvins) and its regional in nature, and not connected to these other far flung matches.
I found it interesting that they had so many matches with the Aleut peoples of Kamchatka and Alaska, i think the high number of Nogay might be regional, but it could also be something else, the others are up for debate i guess, but nothing out of the ordinary for eastern europeans with the exception of the central Chinese Tu match and also the lone Kazahk and Uzbek matches look suspicious, i will look at one of the bordering populations next to compare them with Hungarians..as like this its easy to draw the false conclusions..

Yes, essentially its like Relative finder cousins or Ancestry finder cousins, but the threshold here goes down to 4cM and up, so the smallest matches is not really something you write home about as they could be veeeeeeeeeery old (pre-historic), so best stick to the largest matches for certainty..

Here is Romanians for comparison, note that the Romanian sample is much smaller then the Hungarian one as is easy to note from the smaller pool of dots on the Volga.
The big surprise as with Hungarians was the massive build-up among Aleut and other peoples in far eastern Russia and Alaska, the second weird thing was the lack of Roma (indian) matches among the Romanian sample versus the Hungarian's, if South Asian matches in general is an indication of Roma ancestry, it seems that Romanians have been very good at not mixing with the massive local Roma population there, tomorrow or later i will look at Bulgarians and Ukrainians if i find the time...
