I'm computing them right now, this should be interesting.
I'm currently waiting too. I started the computation about 30 min ago and I expect it to take at least one hour more.

I'll be trying this shortly. I'll do it for myself first. Shame it would be too difficult for an oracle to be made, could have been super-accurate if there was no calculator effect.

Having problems with R again. I've used it plenty of times before (although not in a while). So I follow all the instructions, set my working directory to the right place, go source standardize r then enter the command to write a genotype file and it says theyre is no such file or directory as the one I've entered in the command (for my genotype file), but I know there is because I can see it there in the folder. I know I've had this problem multiple times before and each time I forget how it is to be fixed, anyone know?

How do we run the Eurogenes K37 file? All I get is a file called
Eurogenes_K37_Fst which is a .txt file not a .par file...?
