Please delete the old version of the test, as there was a major problem with the North Central European cluster, which could be seen in the Fst table. This was probably due to the small number of reference samples used for that cluster.

By the way, it's possible to make different versions of this test by removing allele frequencies. Also, those of you who have access to the same samples (which are all publicly available) can take that even further and add clusters, or start from scratch.
