West_Med = Sardinian.
East_Med = Lebanese, Druze & Cyprian.

"Italian".. which group in Italy is used to measure this? I'd like to see a southerner's results to see if they get inflated East Mediterranean or if it is incorporated into "Italian".

The "Italian" component is going to mask some of the other components in Italians and Greeks, and will make it difficult to tell how much of the other components they actually have since North Italians and Tuscans will have affinity to both east and west Meds.
