I don't have Lithuanian non member averages for Harappa, so I can't tell how much I deviate. However, I guess 4 ancestors oracle's top three guesses that each included one Finnish ancestor are line with Eurogenes Eutest's widely represented NorthWest Russian.

No, they are not in line with Eurogenes - rather on the contrary. The people who were taken as a "North-West Russian" references at Eurogenes are from Pskov rather than the formerly Finnic far Northern territories like Vologda. And in pretty much all analyses Pskovians overlap with Balts, not with Finns, which kind of figures since Pskov is right besides Latvia's border.

Anyway, you have GEDmatch kits of my grandparents, so you can see that the feared calculator effect is in full action in GEDmatch's Harappa calculator - from other genetic ancestry projects we already know that my Samogitian grandfather and Aukstaitian grandmother's brother always get higher North Euro % than the average of academic reference samples in all runs where they were included, not 10% lower like here.

The reason why you actually got "Lithuanians" as your closest 1 population approximation in the oracle is because the oracle has been updated since it was first released and now it is based either on the combined results of project's academic reference samples and Lithuanians who have forwarded their results via GEDmatch (If all 4 of your grandparents are from the same ethnic group (example: Polish, Swedish, or Nigerian), you can help the creator of this project in his research by providing that information to him. If you provide your ethnic group, that group name and your AP-mix results will be forwarded to him by GEDmatch. No raw DNA data will be sent. If you do not provide ethnicity information, no information will be forwarded to him.) or just on the results of Lithuanians who have forwarded their results via GEDmatch. When it was first released nobody was getting "Lithuanians" as their closest 1 population approximation, not even the most cardinal Lithuanians.
