That's just a diversionary manoeuvre. If anything Greece should demand compensations from Italy, they were the running power behind the war. Only after Italy messed it up the Germans had to come for help. Italian troops messed everything up...the Balkans, Greece, North Africa. So much about the new Roman Empire of Benito Mussolini.

But then Italy is as good in creative bookkeeping as Greece. And they can get more money from Germany. So it is a cheap way of working on the Germans so called guilt feelings. Greece's plan to fix budget is to raise taxes on tobacco and alcohol. I'm sure that will work well in a country next Turkey with a history or black market economy

I am pissed off that there is no Greece sub forum at The Apricity. If the problem is lack of space in the layout, just lose a couple of uninteresting nations like Norway and South Africa and make room for the foundation nation of Europe.
