My Grandmother also has that, which i thought was strange, although she is slightly south-west of the country's average so i guess it makes sense.

Yeah but Polako said this:

The main reason for these seemingly high admixtures from the south is shared ancestry with Mediterranean populations dating back to the Neolithic and probably metal ages. In other words, these results don't mean recent ancestry from Italy or Iberia, unless they're much higher than usual.

You inherit half from each parent unless your mother is not the same ethnicity as your father

The Y and X chromosomes aswell as MtDNA carry very little information. Autosomal DNA is carried in the other 22 chromosomes.
