What about all that Tuscan & Spanish Galicia I keep reading??

This mustn't be taken literally.It just shows genetic similarity. If you see results from those regions they ll have similar amounts of these components as you.Your snps are mostly shared with the poplulations you see at the oracle.In general albanians are very similar to Greeks as I have seen.Keep in mind though that the greek median gets altered a bit because there are some rather diverse Greek subgroups. Some Greeks are more northern, some more southern.

Sometimes for me Tuscan comes up as #1 sometimes #2 - I am letting it load properly but it keeps changing

Only to the ones on the mainland, bordering Albania mostly. Do you have Ionian Islanders?

No I don't,I think though that they have the same origins as the neighboring mainland populations.
From what I ve seen most mainland Greeks without anatolian Greek or aegean islander ancestry form a homogenous group similar to albanians. Greeks from western greek macedonia, epirus, thessally are a bit more northern than rest and but the more southern Greeks are close to them too except maybe from some peloponnesians.
From what I noticed btw my results(I am from thessaly) are more like kosovar albanians' results rather than the albanians from albania. That's due to higher eastern euro values.

I have noticed mainland Greeks all seem to have substantial northern admixture, but of course it decreases as you move south into the Peloponnese. Island Greeks are more or less like southernmost Italians.

Yes, genetically "southern" Greeks are like southern italians while the rest are like central and northern Italians with some additional eastern european influences.

well these tests clearly dont link to phenotype just compare greeks and Kosovars phenotypically
