Britisches Freikorps: British Volunteers of the Waffen-SS
$22.00

About 910,000 volunteers from all over Europe, as well as the USA and even as far as India, fought against Communism in the Waffen-SS, from 1941-1945.

Among the units was the British Waffen-SS or, in German the Britisches Freikorps. Many of these soldiers for freedom distinguished themselves in combat.

Most of the world has forgotten these unsung heroes. But a new book, "Britisches Freikorps: British Volunteers of the Waffen-SS 1943-1945", by Richard Landwehr, lists 164 of the men in the British Waffen-SS by name.

There are an unknown number of unidentified Europeans who fought to protect the West against Communism—often against their governments—in World War II.
