I guess they had to prioritize just getting it online first, i assume it won't be long till they are updated.

Although our West Med does seem comparatively lower, so overall the Mediterranean amount is about normal. Hopefully GEDmatch will be up again soon, interesting to see what the new Oracle says with the new reference populations for K13 and K15.
    There's a new spreadsheet?

Just a spreadsheet with Ma'lta and La Brana included, and some new sub-divided populations:

The admixture for Eurogenes at GEDmatch isn't working so i assume it's been taken down to be updated or something.

    K15-based tree:

A separate branch for West/Northwestern Europeans (all Germanics, Scandinavians included + Insular Celtic and French). East Germans and Austrians cluster with other Central Europeans/Northern Balkanians.

La Braña clusters with Slavic and Finns, while Mal'ta is closer to Volga people.

Portuguese and Galicians are particularly removed from other Iberians (Basques included).

That Sardinian/North African cluster is interesting.

    By the way, here's a Kabyle berber's Oracle X result for K15:

    1 Mozabite_Berber 52.25%
    2 Yemenite_Jewish 25.16%
    3 Sardinian 13.31%
    4 French_Basque 5.97%
    5 Mbuti_Pygmy 3.21%
    6 Lebanese_Druze 0.06%
    7 Egyptian 0.02%
    8 Algerian 0.01%
    9 Moroccan 0.01%
    Total RMSD: 1.471597

Gets Mbuti, but overall shifted both towards Red Sea/East Med and Sardinians/Basques compared to Mozabites. 0% West Asian, which is typical for Mozabites too.
edit: oracle x option 2 shows similarities, but distance is greater (Total RMSD: 2.247133)
    1 Algerian 50.75%
    2 Mozabite_Berber 9.93%
    3 Sephardic_Jewish 9.55%
    4 Egyptian 7.84%
    5 Greek 5.54%
    6 Spanish_Andalucia 5.53%
    7 Yemenite_Jewish 4.84%
    8 Moroccan 2.98%
    9 Sardinian 2.92%
    10 French_Basque 0.12%

I've got my 23andme raw data (though not much other info yet) and have uploaded it to gedmatch. It says it will take a few weeks for batch processing, but I seem to be able to generate Eurogenes v13 and v15 reports. Are these likely to be true results even though processing hasn't completed? Also, I guess it works with 23andme V4 as well? It did recognise it as V4, but I just wondered if anyone's noticed any difference in accuracy or with the size of population distances with V4.

The calculator differences between results for 23andMe v2, v3, v4 and FTdna are tiny, usually like 0,1% range.
