The Gedmatch folks are busy processing the kits. They've forgotten about those sheets and no one's reminding them so there's no progress.

I don't know how long it takes to update the oracles, but i a assume they feel processing all the kits is more important so they are doing it first, although you are right it prbably would be a good idea to check if they still have updating the oracle on the list of to-do things.
