Help with classifying an English Ancestor, from the West Country

from the Dorset, somerset Area, help would be very much appreciated.
Have been told that this side of the family is of Germanic, saxon descent However not much more.
Also, sorry for the considerably poor picture quality

Dorset/Somerset is more south-west England than south-east England and tends to be a bit less Germanic/Saxon. Obviously he may still be, but his hair and maybe eyes look quite dark for a typical anglo-saxon I think. Sorry, I'm no good at classifying so I'd only be guessing.

Honestly from one picture like that, It could anything from Keltic-Nord, North Atlantic to Anglo Saxon. Too hard to say.
