    No. It's a quick answer. Good and simple. According to Dutch lore the Dutch consist of three peoples fused in one (basically): Frisians, Franks and Saxons. In the old days Frisia extended all the way south down to Zealand Province but they lost that part and the population in Holland was, indeed, Frankified but that's about it. In the East a lot of people are of Saxon origins. More can be found here.
