Thank you for that! Since it seems you live in Moscow, you should visit Armenia one day, tourism is increasing and Armenia is very Russia friendly

I don't suppose that I think of Armenia twice in a year. I have known a few Armenians and they were all nice people with whom I got along well. I suspect that the Armenian Apostolic Church may be the world's oldest Christian church. I know about that only because a friend of mine became a priest in that church. Strange to say, he was not Armenian.

Good to hear that! Some of the oldest Armenians (several generations already in the USA) live in Massachusetts, namely Watertown.

You are welcome ). I've always loved Armenia ). And, by the way, my German tutor is Armenian ).
In fact, we wanted to visit it soon. We're thinking of buying some estate in Serbia and need to save money for that, but if the tickets aren't too expensive, we may visit it soon..

Shouldn't be that expensive, Moscow-Yerevan flights are very numerous and in Armenia, tourism is cheap

I hope everything will be okay in Russia...
Are autumn and winter good for visiting? Is our regime still visa-free?

The best months to visit are May, June and September/October. Yes Russian citizens (and all CIS, EU, and bunch of other countries) can visit visa-free.

Hope, the USA, too. Actually, October may be even possible, if there isn't too much work )

We are working to have visa free with USA also (should happen soon actually). For now, USA citizens just get a visa at the airport for a small fee and you can stay like 3 months with that visa. It's very easy to get. You can get it online too and just print the paper out.
