David says he will be releasing some new PCA plots at some point today today based on some fastIBD results. The datasheets will be released and you can check them with Past3 or Gnuplot to find your co-ordinates. He told me that I will be on them. My Eurogenes id is CA1. I do not know how to use Past3 or Gnuplot so once they are released would someone be able to look up my results for me please? I would really appreciate it.

The new datasheets for the fastIBD PCA plots have been released. Would someone be so kind to run my results for me please? My Eurogenes id is CA1. I would really appreciate it if someone could.

Here is what David said about them below to get results.
Here are those datasheets. They should produce plots very similar to those above (West Eurasian, European and Finnish). I tried to include as many regular and not so regular contacts as possible. Apologies if I missed anyone out.

You can run them with gnuplot. To get a 2D plot based on the first two components, try:
plot 'PCA1.txt' using 2:3:1 with labels
To use dimensions 1&3, try:
plot 'PCA1.txt' using 2:4:1 with labels
To get a 3D plot based on the the first three dimensions, try:
splot 'PCA1.txt' using 2:3:4:1 with labels

Jax I will try this weekend, I see your code their in PCA2 which is the Euro one.
Have a plot up. But because the names are all long, I'll have to try and edit them all smaller.

This looks very similar to one i saw a while ago actually in terms of my position, which appears to straddle Britain and the southern half of the low countries, makes sense considering what i get on oracle results in Eurogenes.
Edit: I'm pretty much as far south as you can get for a British person, save one exception. Tr00 southerner.![]()
