Given that there are some Southern Europeans who can look like Scandinavians, let us explore to what extent the reverse can occur too.
A few examples:
Sofie Grabol, Danish actress (looks Basque imo)
Ingmar Bergman, Swedish film director
Jari Litmanen, Finnish footballer
Sara Karlsson, Swedish MP
Håkan Juholt, Swedish MP
Helena Lindahl, Swedish MP
Jane Heitmann, Danish MP
Per Clausen, Danish MP

Fredrik Reinfeldt
He is a favourite on some anthroboards due to being a Swede with minor SSA admixture. He may also have some small Italian ancestry. Anyway, I always thought he could pass in most of southern europe.

They look more dark Central than Southern European. Just like lightest southerners look more light Central than Northern European.

He looks unmistakeably Danish. Hair color like that is actually quite common in Finland.
