I'd say northern. When we refer to Western Europe that goes from Scandinavia to Greece. Quite a catch all term. Northern is mostly what we'd use more specifically. Jackson could have a different opinion because he live closer to Calais & Belgium.

Northwestern. Genetically i guess it depends, the far southern/southwestern people from the British Isles are closer to say northern French and Belgian people for example who are generally considered western European, and some are on the other hand close to Scandinavians who are generally considered northern European, so we are bridging the gap, but generally we are geographically western, northern Europeans more than geographically northern, western Europeans. Culturally our main influences are basically from both western and northern Europe so again it's not straightforward.

I think K12b "Northern European" is from Lithuania
