Estonians are Latvians and north-western Russian. North-western Finns are Swedes. Eastern Finns are northern Russians. True Finno-Ugric live in Ural mountains. Baltic Finns is a myth in all likelyhood.

Cheboksarov:
"In the Soviet Union, the Nordic race is common among North Karelians, Arkhangelsk and Kem' Russians, Erzya from Lukoyanovsky district, Russians from the lower Vetluga and Shungensky district of the Yaroslavl region. Research author, made in 1938-1940 gg., have shown that the Nordic race also prevails among the Russians from Novgorod-Ilmen and in area of Novgorod colonization on the Northern Dvina and Vaga (Kholmogory, Shenkursk) and among the Komi from Udorsky and Pechora districts of the Komi ASSR."

Ukko, dude, how do you see, your pan-Finnish thread failed. Science has proven: genetically, northern Russians - close to the Germans, Swedes and other Russians, but far from the Finno-Ugric peoples (Finns, Mordovians, Komi..). Your pathetic attempts are futile.

Where are you from? I've been to Helsinki more than 20 times, and i wouldn't say that people Valtaves posted are similar to Helsinkians, however they could easily be Karelians, as well as Belarussians though.
You don't understand the genetics so far, Northern Russians are indeed close to Krarels, Vepses and similar stuff.
