What's the difference between Atlantid and North-Atlantid?

I want to know the difference between Atlantid people and North-Atlantid people in terms of hair colour, eye pigmentation, skin complexion and skull shape.

North Atlantid supposedly has more Nordid admixture compared to Atlantid.

I need more answers for this. People always say that Atlantid is just "dark Nordid" or "Nordid-med mix". If that's the case, then what's the difference between Atlanto-med and Atlantid? Is North-Atlantid like Atlantid except less med? I'm still confused

Atlantid is just a Nordid-Med intermediate. Med -> Atlanto-Medo -> Atlantid -> North Atlantid -> Nordid
