This is why we need concentration camps or better yet bring back the chain gang and work these subhumans 16 hours a day until they drop dead or become normal members of society. It's safe to say we need the fear of GOD and authority put back into the hearts of criminals and low lifes. The U.S. prison system is a joke and a burden on tax payers.

I don't understand why people here are so against prison labor. So it's better to have them lifting weights, raping and shanking each other all day? Because that's pretty much what happens when you have a bunch of dysfunctional, violent criminals together with nothing to do.
At least make them do something productive, they can even learn skills so they can be better people on the outside.

You could say the same for N.K.
The funny thing about the prison system is that it's suppose to rehabilitate people but it does the opposite. There's so many REPEAT VIOLENT offenders who get let out early and are right back in jail a couple of months later. It's a joke really.

The Roma spirit, free and strong, In every heartbeat, in every song.
Through fields and forests, roads unplanned, They roam the world, a nomad band. Beautiful women, heroic men, In the Roma, life’s magic begins again.
"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." (John 10:10-11)

Some countries have corrective labour colonies in which offenders are placed for certain crimes. Prisoners work in these camps receiving wages most of which are paid to the prisons for their upkeep. Working conditions are not as bad they were during Soviet rule in Siberia often talked about in literature. I remember reading an article where a prisoner stated he wanted to work because a job gives something to do.
