It might be. But your supposed Indo-European ancestors had it too?
This is Scythian_IA(it is better to use new calculators when running an ancient sample though)

Population transfers. What is now Armenia, East Turkey and Azerbaijan were ethnically more heterogeneous back then. Azerbaijani Turks of East Anatolia (Kars-Iğdır) and Azerbaijan was connected via Azerbaijani Turks in what is now Armenia.
"After the incorporation of the Erivan Khanate into the Russian Empire in 1828 through the Treaty of Turkmenchay, many Muslims (Azeris, Kurds, Lezgis and various nomadic tribes) left the area and were replaced with the tens of thousands of Armenian refugees from Persia.[7][8] By 1832 Muslims in what had been the Erivan khanate were already outnumbered by the immigrating Armenians. According to the Brockhaus and Efron Encyclopedic Dictionary, by the beginning of the twentieth century a significant population of Azeris still lived in Russian Armenia. They numbered about 300,000 persons or 37.5% in Russia's Erivan Governorate (roughly corresponding to most of present-day central Armenia, the Iğdır Province of Turkey, and Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan exclave).[10]"[9]

You are a traitor.
This is a Turk. I don't know why some Western Europeans want to be descended from Scythians. (The fact is that the Greeks used the term Scythian for Turkic, Finno-Ugric and some Caucasian groups, not for Indo-Iranians. Only the 'Sarmatians' are referred as related to Medes in some Greek sources.)

Some people see this and conclude that the Kyrgyz descend from Proto-Indoeuropeans, while the opposite is true. The Pashtuns are over 40% Turkic, patrilineary.

Every modern population is a mixture of different ancestral populations. The difference between Turks and Europeans is that the Turkic migration into Anatolia occurred in a relatively recent period (1000-1300 AD). Europe had passed through the same process (migration of Indo-Europeans) several thousand years ago.
Modern Turks can be modelled as a mixture between native Anatolians and Oghuz tribes, just as South Italians and Sicilians are a mixture of Neolithic farmers, WHG, Indo-Europeans and Subsaharan Africans.
