Most of politics is just for show. I doubt GD, where I have a guy with insider information, and the Anarchists are any different. Even here in Norway the Anarchists are merely a group of vandals in the payroll of the Labour Party.

Real opposition would always be quashed surreptitiously. Don't get caught up in politics because it's only play. Really big things happen sometimes and people forget it ever happened after a while because they get too caught up in the political theater.

I'm sure no person with sense of taste and decency like modern capitals and big cities, certainly not one like Tirana. But it has to be said that in order to control a country, one need to start in the most popoulus and influential city, and in this case unfortunately it's Tirana. So the choice of the city depends from the kind of life you plan to do.
