The only spicy food we have is Mexican food and I love it, so yea. I tried some really hot chicken wings once, the sauce was made of habanero and scorpion chillies. After the 3rd wing I was done and regretting it.
You guys think you can win this challenge?

I like it if it is seasoned and cooked well beyond it just being hot and spicy, but a lot of people seem to think that food needs to burn on your tongue to taste well.. I don't get that because I have eaten some really shitty tasteless spicy food as well. All I could feel was that spicy burning feeling on my tongue but with no or only disgsuting taste.

OP, If you mean spicy as in caliente jalapeno hot then no although it's good for your metabolism but so are different spices that aren't "hot" in flavour such as cumin.
Well, technically yes since avocados are rich in boron. Boron is a mineral that increases free testosterone from the gonads while decreasing SHBG(sex hormone binding globulin). I'd recommend eating 2 avocados per day or if you don't like avocados then take boron supplements or other foods rich in boron. I take 6mg of boron supplement every day.

I just ate 5 of them, I like them with Grosh, the best. But you gotta have balls to eat them.
