1) Today I'm switching it around by putting some yoghurt in my quark, I also put 3 teaspoons of sugar free jam in the fruit, but then I put away 4 table spoons of the mashed fruit for the kids, because they had it in their oatmeal.
150 calories for the quark + fruit. 30 calories for the yoghurt (about 50 grams). It comes to about 180 calories. Let's say 200 to make it even.
2) What are you girls having for breakfast? If you're having carbs it will make you look old. I look really young because I don't eat carbs.
3) Oh and it's almost time to start preparing for beach season. I plan to up my calories a little, use lighter weights, and work out twice a day during February. What's your plan?

1) This was my lunch today, thai flavoured stew made from pork tenderloin,
about 225 calories per serving. I'm not counting the leaves because there's practically nothing in them. I had 2 servings which means 450 calories. I also had a teaspoon of peanuts about 20 calories.
2) Total for this meal 470 calories.
3) Total for today so far 670 calories. Let's say 700 to make it even.
4) That means that I can have another quark meal later and get a day total of 900 calories.
5) What did you have for lunch?
6) Here is a pic of Vlada to motivate you,

Still not 'fat', just overweight. A bit overweight isn't a turnoff.
Women sadly do get brainwashed because they lack the scope of those attracted to women.
Of course still relative and personal. Some lesbian women have great bodies and beautiful faces, but their lesbo vibe is a turnoff (good on them for they don't want to be attractive to me anyway), yet still very attractive were a heterosexual brain control that same body. So 'by those attracted to women' still isn't true necessarily.
