Citizens of Poland who emigrate and marry abroad are around 1/2 exogamous.
Half of them marry within their own nationality and the other half marry foreign nationals. According to official data in 2009-2014 there were 71,600 marriages of Polish emigrants with foreigners and 41,900 marriages between two Polish emigrants (x 2 = 83,800 people).

Of course this data includes only people with Polish citizenship who live abroad. Not all of ethnic Polish Diaspora.
