Is it generally accepted that Uruguayan men are the most lackluster in Latin America?

When I read about Uruguayan history, all I see is defeat after defeat from their neighbors, Brazilians, Argentenians, Englishmen, etc.

Uruguayan males resemble a castigated boy who is constantly bullied by his peers and never allowed to express himself or do what he wants to do. Everybody is always shitting on the Uruguayan "male."

How can this be? Why is the Uruguayan male so militarily inert and ineffectual? And how can their daughters really have any pride in their fathers?

Also, is it true that Uruguayan men have a very high level of Y-DNA admixture from freed Brazilian slaves who came as soldiers?

Despite in my opinion uruguayans are one of the nicer folks I've met.

Uruguayans are nice as fuck who cares if they lost a war against a massive country like Brazil.. their quality of life is still superior and that's what matters
