lol, funny how Moldovans and Croats are so close and Moldovans are closer to central Euros than eastern Euros.

That not a problem of PCA, it's the Moldavian sample for some strange reason they are very similar to Croats.

It probably isn't, but it's just something you wouldn't expect. I'd think they'd be more eastern somehow.

Eurogenes used to have problems with Moldavian sample as it included East-Slavs from Moldova, not shure if it's still so, but it used to be the case couple years ago.

Eurogenes uses the available samples from academic papers. Not always are the most accurate sample. The PCA made by Ibericus seems to mix samples/averages used/made by Eurogenes with his own samples/averages.
