The more steppe you score the more northern thats why northern euros are the most Northern plotting as it peaks there. What other compobents would pull someone north? Even adding the north east euro you still get more points overall but it says its WHG.

Eurogenes says youre more Southern. Go figure.

K36 litvin made gives me high steppe ask him to makeit for you personally then we can try steppe k10 but these are all from eurogenes though like the plotting map/k15 calc where you are more Southern but corelate with eachother.

All autozoomali tests are pure bullshit. I don't trust noone no matter how good my results look in them.

Ftdna can make results look more northern than 23andme. I will look into the differences when I get Ftdna.
I've seen siblings get 5% off between eachother in autosomal & plots.

I got Gedmatch kits of two siblings. Their results are 3-5% off in every single calculator

Sometimes one of them gets different components popping up vs the other

Guess there is more to it from scraping DNA from the mouth. Curry, chicken, beef, olive oil, burritos


This Steppe component in here peaks in Norwegians, Icelanders, Scots, Orcadians who have the most Yamnaya admixture so it's no surprise.

This is correct, and already Haak 2015 noticed this fact (very high Yamnaya ancestry in Norwegians).

Icelanders are descended from Scandinavians and Insular Celts, both of whom have very high Steppe.

Recent publications show that the "Celtic Fringe" has more of Steppe ancestry than Southern England. The reason why is this the case, is that Southern England has extra Mediterranean admixture from Roman times.
