No. Even if we assume that this verse means that the bones are covered with flesh after the bones have already been created, it is still accurate. The reason is because the tendon attaches the muscles to the bones after the bones have already formed. Not to mention fat develops around the bones after 4 or 5 months of the embryo development. This is demonstrated by the transparency of the skin of the embryo in its early stages.

Have you read verse 39:5 which scholars such as Ibn Hazm use as evidence that the earth is round because it says that Allah wraps the night around the day and the day around the night?
