Did the Romans destroy Europe's HIV resistance?

Here's something interesting. I will have to contact the woman who told me this. But, apparently, AIDS has not been linked to a single virus. If I am remembering her correctly, the medical establishment has just linked HIV with AIDS, and that one does not mean the other.

There are various strains of HIV if that's what you/she meant. So it is indeed not a "single virus".

Whatever it is, it's clearly passed through blood contact, as demonstrated by the prevalence among Gays and low-class needle-drug-users, and near-total absence among white heterosexuals.
