Not of Slovenian ancestry but do have Southern German and Austrian and that seems to dominate. For the second set of data not Hungarian but the allele frequencies put me there in Polako's old map. Interesting though that it chose Irish, English and Scot as the second choice where I have paper and dna ancestry.

Good news for all of you, who miss the limitations of the project, like all 4 Grandparents from one country etc etc) aswell as for the Paranoids who dont want to send 1 Million or more SNP of their DNA sequence to a person they dont know.

Dienekes made a tool that analyses your Raw Data file on your local mashine and gives you Dodecad v3 results (wich again one can feed into Oracle etc)
