I have Slavic Karaite admix from Russia/EE, that's where it's coming from.

Since you are Germanic in origin, if you could participate in my thread that would be nice, and thanks in advance.

I am not necessary Germanic in origin, but its true I tend to have a lot of Germanic components and cluster closely in Oracle, in most Eurogenes Calcs I cluster closer to Austrian and East German more than North German, I also have some significant East Euro/Slavic component...most commercial sites give me up to 34% EE, the lowest was 27% but most were around 34%.

I am a mix Euro background , Mother is British and Father is Hungarian ...both of these ethnicities seem to have Germanic in them , possibly I get a bit more, but this particuliar Calc tends to over emphasise my NW component more than other Calc's which tend to also show my central euro/east central euro component, overall on Gedmatch Calcs in oracle top positions I usually cluster closer to Central Euro than NWE.

So you have a Russian ancestor ?
