Because if you are sleeping with someone who already had a partner before you, you will always be worried about how you measure up to their ex.

But if she chose you and broke up with her previous partner that means that you have something her previous partner didn’t have. Better personality, sexuality etc or a combination of different things.

I'd be fine with marrying a non-virgin if she was like widowed or divorced, maybe even if she had been in a previous long-term relationship.

But not someone who was involved in casual hookups and one-night stands.

I mean, would you marry a man who spent his college years hooking up with a different girl every Friday?

Most people are not interested in one night stands, and if they do they eventually get tired of it and search for a more long term relationship.

Many hook up with a different person every friday until they meet the right person for a more long term relationship.

No, in my case I just do not want to deal with emotional/psychological damage done by other person. This is the main thing you have to worry with a person with lots of past boyfriends, not how you "measure up".
