Non-Hispanic Americans speaking Spanish. In Canada, almost no one who is not Quebecois speaks French. French identity has been suppressed outside of Quebec.

Non-Hispanic Americans speaking Spanish may be slightly more common. It is true that hardly any Canadian that doesn't live in Quebec or isn't of French-Canadian descent speaks French.
