So another question I have is what is the reason for my West Asian percentage being so high? From my research, it seems it could be from a myriad of sources - Romans, Aryans, Minoan Greeks and the Etruscans etc... is there another DNA test I can do to drill into this further? K36 puts North Caucasian at 4.94% and West Caucasian at 0.13%, K10 Caucasus at 10.33%, and K13 West Asian at 9.92%.

    Looking at the ancestry

You are of British and Polish ancestry.
The Polish ancestry may be: a)Polish or b)Polish and something else.

Some possibilities: Italian, any nation near Italy. Noticed that the list excluded Romania, and maybe Askhenazi.

Have no experience with MyHeritage and DNALand but it would be interesting to know how "far back" they go.

Moving on to ethnicity. Well that depends on your culture, ancestry, language, etc.
You speak English and have British/English ancestry. If you speak and/or follow Polish culture you can add that.
    AngloAustralian or Polish-Anglo-Australian.

Thanks Dragoon - that's a good summary. But following on from my previous post: is my high(ish) West Asian lineage congruent with being Polish? My West Asian percentage is still 3.36% higher than even the South Polish population group on the K13 chart. Or is the difference negligible?

Think it is minor and not so important.
For example: 23andme (300-500 years) website no middle east, but on ftdna website i get minor/tiny middle east (ftdna goes back 1000-2000 years).
It might be very old traces.

You might be interested to know MyHeritage goes back 2,000 years. I emailed them yesterday and they got back to me quickly.

So perhaps it is 'old DNA' as you put it. For all I know, I've had ancestors in Poland since its birth, and the ~1,000 years prior to that might be where the West Asian lineage comes from.
