It doesn't necessarily mean you were mixed with NW Euro compared to Kargopol (very likely not) but simply signaling your place of ancestry is and likely always has been more western oriented genetically compared to Kargopol Russians. If you compare her with Albanians, you'll see that she has more NE European admixture than them. The same goes for you, Decius, Vlatko Vucovic, Feiichy, etc.
