Are Kurds loyal citizens of Turkey or not?

Actually most Turks are genetically closer to Central West Asians (which would be Iranians) then they are to Greeks.

İt depends on region but most Turks are genetically closer to Levantines, Caucasians and Iranians.

Turks are genetically neither Greek nor Persian or Levantines.
In a cultural sense, Turks are more Sassanian than Byzantine. The 15th century conquest of Greek heartland was like a scourge on Greeks, the reversal of Alexander's gains against old Persians. The Turks being from eastern world owned Hellenes.

Not more loyal than the Laz but yes. Actually they are generally not very dark I have even seen blue-eyed and white as hell skinned Kurds in military. But in terms of oppression and conflicts they might be the blacks of Turkey. Having said that Blacks in USA have suffered much more than Kurds in Turkey.
