Because he is filling that gap between the Serbian, Austrian, North_Italian and French reference samples. You can see him getting relatively close scores to French, Italian_Friul and German as well.

No need to be rude, and how does it not make sense? Take a look at the K15 plot I posted. He's plotting between North Italians and Austrians so ends up just to the "west" of the Serbian reference population.

He scores Serbian first on the K13 and probably on the K15. His positioning should be more or less the same regardless of the calculator. I was just referring to the K15 plot because it gives us a better visualisation of their genetic positioning. So my explanation remains valid.
