nowdays nutrition has become very confusing
I learned that when it comes to nutrition, you should base your dietary restrictions on how your body reacts to food as opposed to what you read (that's not to say that there aren't acceptions to this rule).

Like you could probably find plenty of articles that are like "avocados are bad" and plenty of articles saying "avocados are good." The only way to truly know if a food or diet change is truly "bad" or "good" for you as an individual is to tune into your own body.

I can only eat poultry. Beef gives me constipation so does goat and mutton. I wish I was blood type O like my dad. Sucks being A+.

Carbs are important in our diet and should consititute a considerable portion of our meal. The carbs you should stay away from are refined sugars and stuff, because they have little nutrients and would just add empty calories.

People have become weak since they started to eat "sedentary" food, plus today we have sodas and trash like that, we drink excessive amounts of caffeine, we eat just to not be hungry, bread is the finest example of that.
