This is Ancestry and as I've said they updated their categories. In your results you have new categories mixed with old categories. It's just odd.

Is that updated? For some reason mine gave me Great Britain at 15% and Ireland, Scotland, Wales at 14%. Kinda confusing.

Once the updated page loads try refreshing it. I get the old categories like you until I refresh it, then I get the new categories instead. The numbers don’t change.
