Usually our winter doesn't really go beyond a lot of wind, fog, rain and temperatures between 0 and 6 during the day and between -2 and 0 during the night. Our winters can get colder though and that's when the fur lined collars and caps come out.
Boys and girls (men and women too) add an additional sweater underneath it. Like in Scandinavia.. it's quite unisex. Boys (and men) no longer wear headwear. (although the cap is making a reappearance in fashion).
Wake up and smell the coffee.

I am currently in the capital as my family lives here and in the metropolitan area of São Paulo. I haven't face any violence or threat so far, nor seen anything happen to others, but traffic here is really bad both in terms of car queues and risk of being run over. It also feels like this city is eating up my money as fast as Sweden. The prices really aren't that different, even for locally produced goods. Imports are actually even more expensive than in Sweden, luckily I don't need to buy imported goods. The problem with the interior is there might be fewer jobs there and interest for English learning is not as high as in big cities. Teaching English or Swedish are practically the only type of job I could have here since the pay is good. It would be very stupid to work low-paying jobs here instead of Sweden or W. Europe in general.
